KCA has lunches catered from Hy-Vee each day. These lunches cost $5.00. Parents will need to pre-order lunches on a monthly basis. Your lunch order and lunch money need to be turned in by the last Wednesday of the month. This will allow Hy-Vee to plan accordingly.

• Here is an example: If your child wants to eat lunch three times the week of September 9 (Monday) through September 13 (Friday), the dollar total for the week of September 9 through September 13 would be $15. You can pay by the week or by the month. If you order a lunch and your child is absent, you will still pay for the lunch. You are welcome to come and pick it up, just let the office know that you want to do that. Lunchtime is 11:30am.
• You will receive credit if w e have an unexpected day off from school such a s a snow day.

Your child can eat Hy-Vee lunch as often as you choose. We have families that eat Hy-Vee lunches every day and some who
bring their lunch every day. It is your choice.
